Studio Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Lj entertainment to ensure a smooth, safe, and professional experience for all clients and staff, we kindly ask that you read and agree to the following terms before booking or using our studio services.

1. Booking & Payment

  • – All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or official contact channels.
  • – A non-refundable deposit (or full payment) is required to secure your booking.
  • – Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.
  • – Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.

2. Studio Conduct

  • – Clients must respect studio equipment, property, and personnel at all times.
  • – No smoking, vaping, or use of hard drugs is allowed within the studio premises.
  • – Alcohol is permitted in moderation but should not affect session conduct or equipment handling.
  • – Any damage to equipment or property caused by a client or their guest will result in repair or replacement charges.

3. Guests

  • – You may bring a limited number of guests to your session. Please notify us in advance.
  • – Guests must also abide by all studio rules and are the responsibility of the booking client.

4. Content Responsibility

  • – Clients are solely responsible for the content they record.
  • – We reserve the right to refuse service if the content promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activity.

5. Audio Files & Data

  • – Final mixes and session files will be delivered upon full payment.
  • – We retain backup copies for a limited time, but clients are responsible for securing their files post-delivery.

6. Studio Availability

  • – Studio hours are based on bookings. Walk-ins are not guaranteed.
  • – Overtime beyond your scheduled session will be charged at our hourly rate (if the time is available).

7. Right to Refuse Service

  • – We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or violation of any terms stated above.
